The app is good, but RP should allow you to select a date you know when your payment should be pulled out early or late. We already pay fees for making payments online or even over the phone. The option for the customer needs to get a lot better when it comes down to this option and others not mentioned. It's not a winning situation for the customer at all. Not knocking Republic Finance by any means but more all options to the customer would be better and lower the interest rates please.

When it's close to my due date the app won't let me sign in, something every month. Tells me to check my internet connection

App doesn't work. There's not much sense in having an app you can't make payments on where you can only check your payment history. The app not working is just a marketing con to make you late on payments, so you have to call in to pay. Then they offer to bury you under even more ridiculously high interest debt in the guise of helping you out.

Ally Bank claims check/loan are fraudulent, number & app are not able to verify check, although Ally posted check and provided Republic Finance with the information and verified enough for Republic Finance to make my account and information for enrollment in the app 10 days after deposit. 833 # for RF said for ally to call to verify, Ally Claims they did and they couldn't. Not sure which bank to believe, Ally Fraud department is absolutely concerned but offers no timeline. Reported to Ic3.gov
