Rescato is a B2B roadside-assistance tool for trucks. From breakdown to repair in a few simple steps.
HOW IT WORKS • Report the breakdown — send an SOS to mechanics nearby, or pick a specific workshop from the map. • Compare offers — mechanics reply with a call-out price (the cost to drive to you) and an arrival time. See ratings left by other drivers. • Pay securely — pay the call-out fee in the app. Funds are held in a secure deposit (escrow, payments by Stripe) and released to the mechanic only after you confirm they have arrived. • Repair and rating — chat with photos, get a repair report by email, and rate the mechanic when the job is done.
FOR DRIVERS, CARRIERS AND FLEETS • SOS to mobile mechanics in your area — describe the fault, add photos, wait for offers. • Workshop map — browse mechanics and send a request to the one you choose. • Protected payment (escrow) — the call-out money is released only after you confirm arrival in the app. • In-app chat with photos and a repair report sent by email. • Ratings and reviews — choose your mechanic based on the real experiences of other drivers. • Contact Finder — just need a phone number? Unlock the contacts of mechanics nearby for 60 minutes, no account required (a one-off paid service).
THE REPAIR You pay the call-out plus a service fee in the app. The repair itself is settled directly with the mechanic — in cash, by bank transfer, or by card using a payment link the mechanic generates.
