A week later after schedule is posted and multiple alerts of schedule and texts (annoying !) I now have a shift that is not on my availability... I can see next weeks schedule even though it is not officially "posted ". Trading shifts, picking and giving up shifts is a joke and is almost impossible unless you communicate through email or texts. Everyone is responding through e-mails, so I feel this app is useless ! This is affecting people's livelihood and isn't user-friendly at all and should not be used until there are some major fixes ! It's just a matter of time until someone loses their job or the Restaurant is short-staffed because of this app, I don't trust this app at all, I would actually give it a zero.

This app doesn't work for most of my coworkers. We try to log in, and we get
invalid username or password despite the information being correct. Doesn't
matter how many times you reset the password either. Don't waste your time
on this waste of space on your phone.
