Good App for REST API, How to use Environment Variables to Body/JSON ?

The app and user exp is great, but the problem is I can't find a way to send json data, I tried every options given in the manu, but it didn't send any json data. I tested it with an express JS app.

The proxy setting in the app is fake, I downloaded Net capture and sniff the App after getting some inconsistent results, and it confirmed this. It does not route http request through the proxy!!! Please address this matter
