Retroframe launcher is my favorite frontend to use. It's easy to use. Quick at scraping box art. Very good customization like selecting music in the background and more. By far my favorite thing is that this frontend has retro achievements integration. Plus this keeps getting better with every update looking forward to what comes next with future updates.
