I had problems with the android app and complained. The company refunded my money immediately and then Lisa offered to help me out over the phone. The android app does have problems currently, but they are working on it. The iPhone app, tho, works great, so she helped me install it on my wife's iPhone, and she stayed on the line and made sure it was working correctly. Great people. Great book and app. EDIT: We used the driving guide in the app today, and it was great! Just what we were wanting!

This app, plus the driving app, was an amazing travel companion to Kauai. We found hidden-away food we would have missed and relied on the reviews. Everything is kept current. We planned our whole trip around this app. There is a companion book which I also highly recommend.

We spent thousands of dollars and many hours planning our dream vacation in Hawaii and even still, THIS APP was the best thing we bought and made our trip more amazing than we could have planned for. Get it. The driving tour in particular was so well done.

DO NOT buy this app. The Kauai driving tour app (I am in Kauai as tourist at moment) does not open as there is a bug. Very frustrating as they are selling the app abd Google Play knows there is a bug. £24 down the drain....

Who knows how good this app is. Bought the book and loved it. However, the app will not download beyond halfway, no matter how many times I've tried. Open, uninstall, reinstall, etc. It's very frustrating, and for $20+, you'd hope it would.

I bought both travel books for Kauai and the big island, and in those books, there are a lot of referrals to the app. Unfortunately, once I downloaded the app, it asked me to pay AGAIN for premium content... In my opinion, there should be some sort of code for people who have already bought the books as it is an extension of the written content! I feel tricked, and the reviews here are not promising either. Offline Google Maps and All trails it is for me in this case...
