Customer service review only I haven't used the program, so this is only for service. I must've signed up for this and forgot about it. I only was aware due to the unfamiliar charge to my account. I would suggest a billing reminder to be sent since the billing charges are not regular (monthly). With that said I was able to receive an acceptable offer with the help of Maeve Johnson in customer service. She was very helpful and responsive. Thank you!

Program was working, until it wasn't which is worse. I was in the middle of following the program, and the App reset, and then I could never get it to work again. Tracker didn't work and dates were out of sync. I cancelled and stopped using the program and didn't ask for a refund at the time because I had used it a bit, I thought I was being kind. I was surprised when several months later over $100 CND for a renewal of a subscription is charged! Now, they can only refund 50%? No, thank you!!

I wanted to try the app and my credit card was charged the beginning of January. I then decided it was not for me and requested 6 times for them to refund my card. Still haven't gotten a refund yet.

There's no listed macros on the Neal plan, but the daily intake looks to be incredibly deficient. About 1000 calories a day. 2 smoothies, a sandwich and one half size meal? The app is slow, and I couldn't even to get it to work the first 6 months. Didn't realize I was signing up for $99 PER 6 MONTHS. $200 a year for what exactly? This is not a great plan, doesn't list macros, doesn't Taylor nutrition to the exercise someone actually does. Maybe ok for a very new beginner.
