It wasn't for me, I needed a more structured program and person to person contact weekly.

There are a ton of features that should be usable in offline mode. I work 9 hours a day in an office with blocked signals, so I have to leave the building to even open this app. I'd love to use the meal and mood tracking features that my doctor asked me to do, but I cannot take a 10-minute break and exit the entire building every time I need to log something, so I end up writing in another app and then needing to transfer what I wrote. I'll just avoid this app instead I think.

I really loved this app. It was easy to use, and the dietician I had was wonderful. She gave me wonderful advise and tips on how to improve my diet, and I was seeing results within the first month. Unfortunately, because of my unique situation and changes in telehealth laws, I'm no longer able to continue care with my provider. I am so incredibly disappointed, and honestly having a hard time continuing the use of this app.
