Amazing app! Gives you a lot of recipes, and a great list of items to buy. You can tick one by one when you go shopping. Encourage you to do the diet by sending pictures of your meals and there is an expert person following you and always on track with your results and pieces of information! Absolutely great! Lost 4 kg very easily following the meal plan and the nutritionist Beth is great!

The app is basically unusable for the avg person. What your paying for is a pre-set meal plan. It does ask for allergies prior to letting you see the plan, but the plan included my allergy. You have a nutritionist available to talk to, but I told her about my allergy saying the foods make me ill, and she told me to go to the doctor about it and not change the plan. You are also unable to remove foods you don't like, the support said to go through and remove myself, which means I make my own plan

I used the premium version, and the dietician assigned seems to be an AI. They will show you the meal plan which you can find on the internet. I kept asking the dietician if she could customize the plan according to my needs. I only get one line responses that are not even related to what I ask. There is no way to see the credentials of the assigned dietician either. So you don't even know who the person on the other end is.

I had a lot of issues with this app, so I never even tried a recipe. Changing recipes for the week doesn't update your shopping list. I hated that every time I tapped on a recipe a pop-up instructed me how to check the nutritional facts below... I was trying to find a plan I liked, but you have to accept the plan to see it and then switching plans you have to take the same surveys over and over some recipes were not translated marking allergies didn't update the meal plan
