Berry Street is an app you download you use your insurance you talk to a dietitian/nutritionist they set up a meal plan with you, it's great they're easy to talk to you have video sessions with them every two weeks they are great.

Frustrating to log meals. The favorite ❤️ icon is on the right of the screen so scrolling means you accidentally favorite something and then It's gone for good! Over the past month I've stopped logging meals purely due to the inaccuracy of the app and that one can't make full meals with ingredients and then divide them into portions for accurate nutritional information. When you are notified about a message from nutritionist, you cannot access it unless you close the page and then reopen app

Buggy and annoying. The macros are inaccurate, and doesn't allow you to enter the exact food you are eating (just generic options). Also, the camera option hasn't worked in several months. They removed the desktop option to upload to your journal but the app is trash 😩😩😩 Considering going to a different company, but I like my dietitian.

THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE OR EMERGENCIES AND THEY DON'T PROVIDE A WAY TO CONTACT THEM! There is no way to contact a person for help. If you have an emergency and try to cancel or reschedule an appointment then they charge a fee that isn't covered by insurance. This service says they are here to help you, but they don't understand nor care about YOUR LIFE OR EMERGENCIES.
