My dietician is great and I have been seeing results. But I was originally told $0 cost to me with insurance. And after my first visit it showed partially covered and i haven't been givena. Answer on costs. I sent 2 emails and my dietician also sent an email and no response. I stopped visits until I can get an answer. I still have not gotten answers and have emailed every week sonce april 20th. My dr also sent emails with no response. I am now getting bills for my appointments totally over $300

What happened to earning stars and diamonds? They are completely gone. I like my nutritionist, but the app is useless. Even the nutritionists barely use it. There's no choice but to use third party apps to log food and exercise.

Fay is an unethical company that uses contacted registered dieticians. The RD's may be good, but Fay is unethical. You cannot contact customer service or billing when you are overcharged, and you can't make an appointment unless you provide your credit card. They never filled a claim with my ins. For with visits I had, but still charged my credit card even though my insurance doesn't charge me for telehealth visits. My insurance company can't even reach them. I reported them to FTC. BEWARE!

Bad timers for checking in. you get 24 hours to check in but if you check in at night now the timer resets for 24 hours from that moment, say 10pm.... which then really only gives you 2 hours for every day after that to "earn your diamonds and goals". If it's 24 hours then it should be 24 hours no matter WHAT time you check in. some days can't do it until night, others I can in the morning. That's up to me. Hardly ever get the "free" things they offer. Ridiculous.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
