Game features ♦ Powerful game engine. ♦ Hint feature: the application will suggest next move for you. ♦ Undo last moves by pressing the back button. ♦ Gain experience points (XP) by earning game achievements (sign in is required). ♦ Compare your score against other players on the leaderboards (sign in is required). ♦ Import/export game on local and remote storage. ♦ Game engine performs multiple moves in case you have no valid place to go, due to the well known rule "If one player can not make a valid move, play passes back to the other player".
Main settings ♦ Level of difficulty, between 1 (easy) and 7 (difficult) ♦ Select player mode: application AI as white/black player or human vs. human mode ♦ Show/hide last move, show/hide valid moves, show/hide game animations ♦ Show emoticon (active only during last part of a game) ♦ Change color of game board ♦ Optional voice output and/or sound effects
Game rules Each player must place a new piece in a position that there exists at least one straight (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal) line between the new piece and another piece of the same color, with one or more contiguous opposite pieces between them.
Black color starts first move. When player cannot move, the other player takes the turn. When neither players can move, the game ends. The winner is the player that owns more pieces.

This game offers animations + quick play, so it's suitable for beginners as well as speed players. Therefore, most reviews posted are invalid. You can have the AI's last move displayed and adjust AI to your ability. This is THE Reverse app for me. Would love to see online matches coming and a way to support further app development. PS if you don't know how to play and have difficulty learning the gameplay don't leave a negative review. This is a five-star app!

No ads .....at all ever....easy interface...with the ability to change colors if one desires....but this version is not easy...even on beginners level I won 11 out of 150 times...it will help if u got skills. Already .......................and can implement a strategy........beginners will not find this fun cuz it will beat u every time....this is an awesome ad free game....but you gotta know how to play Othello/Reverse before you play this game

I downloaded this for one reason, someone reviewed saying It's hard, and they want an easier mode, and instead of being any kind of decent you just whinged and said "maybe we shouldn't make games" this attitude is pathetic, absolutely pathetic. Games are meant to be fun for everyone, not just the people you think should be good enough. Grow up.

I would've probably loved the game if the moves don't move as fast, it's just when I make a move, it already made a move but with less animation, it makes the game so bad (for my opinion). Overall the AI is good, maybe adjust the beginner level a little to make it a bit easier for new players.

I'm not bad at reverse. I've played it so many times and won so many times. That said, even the easy difficulty is frustratingly difficult for me. If level one is beginner, then can I get a level zero for morons?

Considering app size, it's not that bad. But I have already played the better versions. Still a nice way to get an idea for the newcomers to this game
