Description
The new Revic Optics Ballistics Engine features a Ballistic Solver that uses a Modified Point Mass Solution (4 Degrees Of Freedom, or 4 DOF) backed by doppler verified ammunition ballistics. The cutting-edge ballistic calculator provides accurate shooting solutions by either ballistic coefficient (G1, G7) or drag coefficient based on doppler radar analysis of select bullets. A library with common, high performance bullets is included in the app and new projectiles are added automatically.
The Revic Ops App works as both a powerful stand alone ballistic calculator and also for managing Revic devices such as rangefinders and smart rifle scopes by creating, storing and loading profiles directly from the Revic Ops app via Bluetooth. Profiles include caliber, barrel twist, sight height, muzzle velocity and more. Two-way bluetooth communication allows Revic devices to provide real-time information like station pressure, temperature and more back to the Revic Ops app ballistic calculator.
Module Based Features include: - Profile Management Create and store unique rifle and ammunition profiles, shareable with other users through QR Codes. Select ammunition profiles from more than 950+ doppler backed datasets. - Ballistic Calculator Real Time calculations account for: Environmental conditions (temp, humidity, pressure, elevation), Azimuth and Angle of Attack, Wind Speed, Earth (Coriolis), Spin Drift, and Aero Jump. - Weather Station Query National Weather Service Data based on GPS positioning. Sync or manually enter weather data into the Ballistic Calculator. - Truing Profiles Calculate Muzzle Velocity and Ballistic Coefficients based on truing data at 2 known distances. Update Ballistic Profiles with calculated Truing Data. - Sync Device Connect Revic Optics smart devices to upload Ballistic Profiles. Sync data among shoot/hunting teams across devices. - Live View of PMR HUD Real Time updates of PMR Smart Scope Heads Up Display (HUD). Live ballistic calculation updates of Elevation and Windage based on Azimuth, Wind Speed and Distance and current turret positions.

I just recently received my new rifle from Gunwrks. Downloaded the ballistics app. It was great that my ballistics and turret information was already loaded into my profile and I can immediately start using the ballistics calculator. I love that it connects to my nearby weather station, and it's been very accurate with elevation wind age and pressure in real life. Really excited to start applying this app more to my shooting

Just tested it for fun. It asks ammo velocity on mps? In SI units (supposed to be metrics) and isn't usually fps used in terms of bullet velocity? Otherwise, looks sleek and easy to set up.

The app is great and easy to use. But it doesn't have a feature to add elevation/wind age adjustments per turret click (for me 1/8 MOA per click on my scope at 100yrds) it would be nice if they could have a feature for scope specifics so the calculator can tell you how many clicks on the turrets are need. Instead of having to put the moa into a normal calculator then getting clicks. (Example would be 7.4 moa/0.125=59 clicks).

Was looking for a ballistic calculator that would do weather and atmospheric via GPS. Sort of stumbled across this app but it's really good. Easy to load multiple cartridge profiles and the user interface is simple and effective. Just basic come ups and wind age, and I really like the thumbing wind age setting. If no GPS, you can bang in the weather/altitude manually. Hard to fault. Well done Relic

It has been a useful app but all my data and profiles has disappeared. I guess the app was updated, and it lost all the data. I won't be putting it into relic again if it's going to lose it.

I've used the app extensively over the past 4yrs. I really like it. The LR courses I've taken with Gunners folks gave me additional understanding Olathe functionality. I got a new phone and now the app doesn't work on my Android as it did before.
