Delivery services are the weak link. App is good. Could use a streamlined "contact us" feature. The only issue I ever have is the delivery driver showing up with items missing. An option to tip after the fact might help. Depending on the delivery service, sometimes you can text drivers directly (outside the app). Love the concept, the food is great. Perfect if you're picking up yourself. If you rely on delivery, mistakes may be inevitable and can require some work to correct.

I usually have a great experience, but I have not gotten my fill delivery multiple times and thus last one when I called to fix it I was hung up on twice and told to speak to amber apparently I'm not allowed to get her name, but likely your lines are recorded.
