The app is very easy to use and does have many benefits for big brands and different ones, sometimes I'm checking the app before to buy to see if it's the brand that I want to buy from just to save some money. I'm using it at least 2 times per month at the moment but be sure that I will use more it if I will do more shopping.

I cannot open the app, it keeps crashing. I have uninstalled the app and then re-installed it, but it won't open. I had been able to open it in the past and have purchased vouchers, however, I can't access them now! So cannot use my vouchers. I have reached out for assistance via phone, the number cuts off, left a message on Facebook and was forwarded to email address. To date still no response!!!! Very frustrating and angry.

It will not let me open the app anymore. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, with no luck. I have tried contacting Reward Me Now many times now by email - was replied to the first time saying they'd look into it, but never heard back from them since. Have chased them for a response/ help multiple times, and I am now just being completely ignored. This is disappointing as I had been a long time, extremely regular user (multiple times a week) of this app for a couple of years...
