Easy to use, and the second chance opportunities are awesome. The only issue we have is every ticket we try to check the numbers says to take the ticket to a retailer. Even if they are not winners, it says the same thing.

I sometimes have to scan my ticket multiple times before it tells me if it's a winner or not. Then, if it's a loser, it asks if you want to enter it in the 2nd chance Reward pool, so I click yes, but it doesn't go anywhere. After multiple attempts it finally entered them. It takes a LONG time to just check a couple tickets and enter them in the Rewards drawings if they are losers.

Check your tickets manually. There is some condition when scanning multiple tickets where the status is not updated and there is no error. I have seen this several times over the last couple of years when the ticket had won a dollar or two but scanning results in "not a winner" if the previous ticket had that result. Definitely a serious problem.
