I've been using this for a few years now with my router and 2 routers used as a mesh extension, never had an issue using this to set up my network or the many devices on it, I do like using the online system a little better just because it's easier to reboot all the devices at once vs one at a time.

Hello, I need to report a serious issue with the Reyee Router app. The Speed Limit feature is currently not functioning, even after applying settings and testing multiple times. Since this is a key network control feature, this bug significantly affects usability. Please escalate this issue to your development team and confirm whether a fix is in progress.
