See update below. Won't connect pmx-p2 / RZR audio roof. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Reconnect, I tried on an Android and iphone, I factory reset the pmx-p2 a dozen times, I have tried connecting with and without a Bluetooth connection to the phone. Will not find the device. Update. Originally I had it hooked up wrong and blew the inline 2amp fuse. Works flawlessly now and that was some excellent tech support.

Bluetooth Connection Fix Go into settings, and click on Apps Search for "Reconnect". Click on storage and click on "Clear Data". Hit the back arrow, and click on"Permissions". Allow "Location". Now launch the Reconnect application, and you should now be able to connect to the device.

Won't connect. What a tremendous premium for led in the speakers if I can't control them. Trying to disconnect the rf module and not use it. Very disappointing.

Trying to connect to the PMX-RGB Controller with a Samsung Note 20, will not connect keeps asking for location. Had to use my son's old iPhone 6 to connect! Not an android user-friendly app! Definitely needs bugs worked out for android users!

Very disappointed. I spend $2,500 dollars in my sound system and I can't use the app. I was so excited to play with the colors in my speakers, but I guess I won't able. Apparently pmx-2 is not available in the menu. =/
