Very good now but in the beginning stages, it was a bit glitchy and took a couple tries for certain features. Have used app for depositing checks or online pay, and now to have switched my account from only being able to withdraw from checking from ATM, To Now being able to withdraw from checking And savings from ATM, in my opinion the app works great now and the bank itself (the Rockland branch) has been fantastic to me and my family. The high yield savings account IS WORTH IT.

I am very thankful to the Rockland Bank for opening the doors to me after the Bank of America tried to prevent me from opening an account elsewhere, that after all the bizarre charges and late fees I got from them, and later I refused to accept. My life have change for the better since, and I thank God for the Rockland Federal Bank (now Arise Financial) in North Attleboro Massachusetts. No matter where I am, I will always be one of their valuable customers. Best Bank in the US. 👍👍

3 months after update and each month I have to call to deal with my mortgage payment due to a defunct auto-pay system. Accounts often load incorrectly. This was a major pro of banking here, now it's something I tolerate because changing banks is a hassle

The previous format was more user-friendly and more viewable. More could be viewed at once. I'm not happy with this current version. Pease change it back. You changed it to this, you can change it back RFCU.

They made it harder to see the last 4 of the account number and added a bunch of useless info to each posted transaction. It's now more difficult to tell what each transaction is for, and I need to click multiple times to identify what each account actually is. This was a bad update
