For someone with autoimmune issues such a RA, Fibromyalgia etc.... the questions on a daily basis can be daunting, the symptoms don't just magically go away. It can be annoying on a daily basis.

I like this app because it allows me to focus on me and how I'm actually doing. I had begun to feel that my symptoms were what they were. When I saw the dx, of course, mostly, I felt fine. Now, she's reading the day to day, and it's not always good nor do I always feel my best. It makes me feel like I'm being heard or really helps me to more mindful about me, and how I'm doing.

It's easy to set up. Even though I've updated the App, multiple notifications are sent to update the app, and/or they haven't heard from me yet and/or Dr sends a text requesting info already in the app. ANNOYING. Unable to type in meds that the app doesn't have a match for. Makes meds list incomplete and inaccurate. App only accepts one condition at a time to report on. Therefore, the condition(s) is inaccurate. No additional space type in any additional symptoms you don't have listed.

It is unbelievably bad! It is glitching, so severely I can't do anything with it. Getting in touch with my doctor's office is a painful process. The app was supposed to offer me an easy and direct connection to my doctor and I have nothing.

For patients: WARNING! You may be charged after installing this app. I was not warned 2 months ago when I got asked to install. Today, I have a bill for a 'doctor visit' after my doctor reviewed the info provided to them from this app. Insurance paid part, and I owe $20. Depending on your insurance, you may be charged more. For the devs: he app asks if I took my meds every Thursday. I would like the ability to change when it asks because that's not the day I take my 1/per week meds.
