I usually do not like rating an app this bad.but this app is a total scam.I have done two transaction to buy gold and every time I did not get the gold and my credit card is charged.tried contacting customer service but no response. Edit : I have read the response from the developer and it is ridiculous. I have shared the information via email. Why did you set up a customer service email address if you are not going to read it...it makes people have to complain to get your attention.

I purchase 60 gold or ingot? For new account for new server 273. But it came out error and took my money. I bought and paid twice now. Still did not receive any. Complain to them and told me to wait for 24 hrs, however still did not receive to my account, bad customer service
