I downloaded the app, after completing registration I send screenshot to Mr. Sanket. He shared me one of his support team number, I message them on WhatsApp as I am not in India, but no response. Then I was provided with other number, still the same. So I feel the customer service of Richie is very, very poor. And they don't do follow up as well. A bad experience with Richie.
