I have been using rida for a while now. Today was simply exceptional. The driver was great. He came from where he was, quite a distance, but he came. He was polite, nice, cool and great. Your drivers are awful. They will accept ride requests. They won't move. You will call, they will waste your airtime asking questions like retards. Waste 10 mins of your time and still cancel. The app now automatically links you to any driver that's between 20 -30 mins away from you.
