I love their service, just the ones that don't know the longmont area they take longer to pick up, so I think they should let us know when they may be longer but overall good service and nice drivers

This is an amazing service. I used it a lot while in Longmont and definitely will again. Friendly drivers and phone staff. Or you can schedule your ride online in seconds. Super affordable. Love it

This app - while the idea is great is not ready for deployment because there are not enough drivers of it only to fulfill the demand for rides as I have attempted at least four times in the last few days to secure a ride locally however new drivers were available every time and there is no error message in the app to describe this, so you think that there is something wrong with your app, connection, GPS etc. whereas there are simply no drivers available for a medium-sized town.

Rides are cheap, but the app is so bad with location services. I literally input the exact address I am at, but the app directs me to a different location across the street for pickup. It's so confusing to use! The driver who was supposed to pick me up just left to pick others up!

Disappointing. Was planning on using RIDElongmont, downloaded the app.told to contact 1 hour before ride reservation. Phone assistance was not able to make reservation for no stated reason. Good that I can always count on Uber or Lyft.
