Have to re-sync the firefly lights every time I turn it on. Makes the lights worthless and a waste of money. Will be returning the devices.

Very slow unreliable app. Keeps failing to update lumps ultra firmware, so I can't access the helmet settings.

PLEASE READ!!! (FROM A PROFESSIONAL WHO COMMUTES ON BIKE DAILY) I want to help you before you fall into the position I have. I have spent hundreds of pounds with this company. Got the ebike ultra helmet, 4 fireflies, rear mount and remote. Within a week of getting fireflies a mandatory firmware update stopped me being able to access the all devices on the app. Emailed support 3 times, insta and facebook also. No response at all and now stuck out of devices after hundreds spent. Do not buy!!!
