Mostly pretty solid and simple. Does what it says on the tin. One star off for removing the PayPal option without any kind of warning or explanation. Simply poor customer service. But if you don't need that, then the app is well worth having and seems to be pretty reliable.

Need to have option to remove certain timings from food like tomatoes from burgers and option to have no peas on the fish & chips please?! Edit: they have this now

Witherspoon have it right for customer satisfaction. Ordering at the table on the app, or at the counter for people who don't use apps. Can get an extra coffee etc. at no extra cost, and free iced water on the counter, and of course the breakfast and meals at very good prices.

The app has got really unreliable lately. Sunday it wouldn't accept ANY table number at ANY pub, and I wasn't about to order at the bar when I had the only remaining table in a place packed with football fans and more trying to get in (London for the Arsenal parade). Today, no food is listed at all, and it finds nothing when I search for it, so unable to order. I won't order at the bar in a packed out Spoons when I'm using one alone because I'd end up losing the table.

Gone back to 1 star. Latest update means when you check real ales available, it keeps going back to the original pub you checked. Also with certain pubs (the same ones) it is not updated to what is on tap....

They fixed my last issue (not working on Witherspoon Wi-Fi), but have now removed PayPal as a payment method, which is the main reason for using the app

App keeps crashing. Been like this for months even after deleting and installing the app again. Very poor
