Poor Customer Service. I downloaded and paid 5,000 TZS but my account is not credited till now. Try calling customer service and they don't pick calls. Try topping up money from Viacom Credit does not work. Is this APP even genuine ??

You don't get what you paid for. What appears in the bundles is different from what you get. I purchased a three paper bundle per day on 17 September 2019 but could only read 2. Even a rating of 1 is too much for this App
