The app is good overall. A suggestion: the password change page does not prompt Android to suggest a strong password, in the new password fields. This makes a password reset inconvenient.

It's fine, but some filters need to be added such as looking for property that isn't a buy-to-let. Looking for a house than hasn't already got a tenant takes a bit of extra digging. Maybe add a filter Must Have/Don't Show tenant in situ or something? I'm not looking to be a landlord. And pets filter for renting maybe? I know there are key words, but often agencies won't list if a place allows pets or not. Other than that it's good. Easy to use.

Unusable for Liverpool, accounts such as Elite Realty Invest just flood the app with computer generated images, the same images for a range of alleged properties. Some don't exist, some do but don't represent the pictures - none of them are real adverts. Just to try and get investors. Hopefully the app will get a filter for these investor bot accounts because it's just making it even harder to find somewhere.

Blocking access based on nationality is not only discriminatory but also potentially illegal, as it goes against principles of equality and inclusivity.
