Can't complain, good app. Only drawback is getting severe house envy scrolling through houses I can't afford. 😄

Generally it's easy enough to use, but it's a shame it only saves the 3 most recent searches instead of the previous 5 like it used to. Don't like that you can't save a search if you untick a house type (e.g., you aren't interested in terraced so only want detached/semi-detached to come up) or that 'parking' includes properties with paid/ street parking. Also refuses to remove properties from lists you've made no matter how many times you try to unsafe them which is very annoying and not helpful.

Website is actually better than app! Can create a load of filters and just save the search as a link on your home screen, while the app you cannot save if has more than 1 property type in filters... useless app when website is way better

The monthly update email for your home valuation is useless. It doesn't give you a valuation and makes you enter all your data for a new valuation from scratch again. What is the point of that?

Why are we NOT ALLOWED to savea search unless we include student housing? Not only is it in massive overreach but for those of us who don't need student housing, the app has been programmed to waste our time because if we decide to save a search, we'll have to sift through listings that have no relevance to our search. This is a communistic like mandate. I just don't save on Right move and use Hoopla instead who doesn't have any communistic like mandates.

The addition of the AI features at the cost of the boolean search has made the app noticeably worse. I can no longer exclude irrelevant properties like houseboats from my searches - why would you make it, so I can't exclude what I definitely don't want?

New keyword search is Ducking awful! Seriously - why can I not use my keywords, just the ones that closely match what you want. Whatever PM signed off on this wants sacking. It's a beta function (in every sense of the word) that is not wanted.
