Wish we could add ourselves to list instead of having to go in to restaurant to add ourselves to the list, and simply check in and find out if we wanted to wait or choose another! Wait time.

Doesn't respond to my phone any longer. Have rebooted and updated both. Paying for service and it doesn't work any longer

Doesn't refresh properly, have to remove each one individually from my phone, even though they have already been removed.

Tech support doesn't exist, got a call from someone our off the blue. Then got email yelling at me for not answering phone, saying"I called you within 2 minutes of your email". "There is no way you was on phone". Well I was on phone with customer, I wasn't the one emailing them, was my tech person. App and online is joke, nothing worked as promised, got threatened in email too. I posted it on my website. Just pay little more for much, much better product & services!

Not able to set up without a physical address. I am a nephron sole proprietorship without a physical business address. My business address is my home address, which I have no interest in sharing with the app developer. I wanted to use this for pop-ups and keep my address private.
