I just started using the app for work. Tried to put it on my chromebook, but it said it wasn't available. It would be so much easier on a chromebook vs my phone. Other than that I'm liking the overall app so far

One of the worst, less intuitive, not logical, horrifically not user-friendly apps I have ever encountered. And because support is hours/days away you might lose bookings because of this lack of functionality. The desktop version is less bad, Fare Harbor must immediately invest on user-friendliness of their app.

BEWARE... They will charge their fees from some hundreds of euros to thousands and will only give a couple of weeks notice... we have been paying them about 100 euros per month on fees, and now they decided to change their pricing policy to cover all booking offline and online, resulting in fees of more than 3000 euros in our case (a small trampoline park) There are so many other options out there with much better interface and options for a fraction of the cost.

Avoid this company at all costs. I have Fare harbor as a booking engine for my tours. It is connected to all my platforms. But the connectivity suddenly stopped working ehicj automatically blocked all the future availabilities. I've been trying to contact them for days already and had no answer. I've lost over 4 thousand euros already on sales, and they still have say nothing. This is the most unprofessional team I've worked with.
