Another worthless app! Pharmacy benefits manager companies make a lot of money. You'd think they could hire somebody competent to make their app... but nope! You'd be wrong! The great news is I was able to set up an account. 😯 Other than that, "something went wrong."... again and again. The whole point of the app is so that you can look up your prescription drug prices at various pharmacies, to find the best deal... and this app does not do that ever! 🤯😵💫

This whole company has ruined our pharmacy benefits. Really hoping our employer chooses another pbm for next year. Nothing about Right way is convenient. I'm convinced it's operated in someone's garage. Nothing is easy. Registering on the app, filling your prescriptions, sending PAs (can't use CoverMyMeds like everyone else in 2022), it's all an ordeal anytime you need to do something pharmacy related.

When searching for a drug price, you have to list the days supply and form. Then, at the bottom, you have to list it again. Also, searching by drug name brings up several drugs instead of the drug you want (at the top).
