Why can't it open without asking me for my fingerprint or password? It initially asked me to allow it to use my phone's password and fingerprint when I first created the account, but there's no way to disable this. I want to disable it because it prevents me from taking a screenshot of my balance or anything else.

Cannot activate the app, usually same message is appearing and showing that your message didn't reach us, I feel that there's a software issue, might working on some phones while other doesn't work. App is downloaded and installed up to date, the software has an issue need to be addressed. App was working fine however it's not opening / crashed / it causes payments interrupt and our tasks are unacceptable suspended

The app keeps crashing at the splash screen, and I made every possible solution to open it, but it keeps crashing I think the app's last update causes the problem because it was working well 4 days ago
