Hello, I'm having a problem with the app. I have Xiaomi Hybrid OS, and the app isn't working with it. I've tried deleting it and restarting many times, but the problem persists. It says there's a Java issue.

The app has become really bad. It stopped working right after the last Update, and every time I open it, it Closes automatically and shows that it’s Having technical issues. Plus, your Customer service is terrible!! It deserves only ONE STAR. 😤

The app sometimes just starts crashing as soon as you open it. After reaching out to their support, I found out that by having any app on my phone that they don't approve of, they can stop the app from working. This is done as a security measure. I still think that this is an impractical solution to increasing security. The app that I have that they didn't like is a perfectly legitimate app from the play store that helps you limit screen time.

Edit: they sent me their WhatsApp... and I texted them only to find that it's an endless and useless chatbot this year it's always showing me a text that it detected malware on my phone and I need to remove malware first ... so I shut down the app and log in after a few hours, and it works... there's no malware. But the application gives out this fake message at least 80% of my trials. Then by luck the message doesn't appear, and it works well... this started to happen this year only
