★★☆☆☆ The only app on my phone that doesn't work. Every time I trying to log in to my internet banking online, the app takes forever to connect, and it never connects at all until timeout. The app says there's an option to use the camera to connect but that option doesn't even exist on the app's frontage. Before, everything was working fine, but now it is always a headache to connect. The app is blocking my income from being paid into my account which is a massive red flag for a financial emergency!
