Thid app needs improving. It is great, and it is secure, and it is easy to use. However, it keeps telling me I am offline and to set up an additional layer of security. This is simply not true. I have tried several networks, and it is also the only banking app (I use three in total) to tell me I am offline pretty much all the time. If you want me to set up an additional or alternative layer of security, you can ask explicitly for it to be done. Edit: now works perfectly, and I am very happy with it!

The worst bank app. Blocked itself for a technical issue leaving me without access to my saving (Salvadanaio) and it's been 3 days since I am trying to resolve it with bank support. Choose another bank unless you have to use this one.

App is really buggy when creating account so much that I have a blank screen at some point. There is no way to contact support when a bug arise while you are creating an account. Wanted to become a customer but now besides the fact that I cannot create an account I would not become a customer given the amount of bugs in their app

App has an English version, but zero support for English speakers. I am currently abroad, locked out of the app, and completely abandoned by Intesa Sanpaolo. The app's recovery system failed, my branch has ignored my messages, and the official 'assistenza' email address has left me with zero response for days. Worst of all, the telephone Digital Branch is entirely AI-operated in fast Italian only, making it impossible for someone with limited Italian to get help. Shocking customer service.
