Dear friend how's getting debugging error it's not apps mistake. When you are getting this type of error then you have to off USB Debugging. Then you will be able to open it. As I have done... Go to setting then go to developer operation then go to usb debugging on off the same option then you will be able to open it....

It's not getting launched. Every time it shows same error "Not able to open as debugging is ON". Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
