For the most part it works, but it either has a mind of It's own or there is some strange hack where the lights keep turning on even when I turn them off and some of the light settings change by itself. Not sure what is going on. However, I did find a workaround. The workaround was to set a light schedule that specifically turned off the lights for the camera. Very odd though.

Love my ring. It stopped a family member from taking things then telling me it wasn't her. I caught her on the ring and said hi. She looked shocked and kinda giggled and said I didn't know you got cameras. Hasn't been back since.

Ring Battery Doorbell Plus only running on battery, but shows solar connection and app does not allow to remove solar connection. Reset Doorbell and uninstalled app, and set up again and selected battery only. That fixed it for an hour and showed Battery only. Hour later reverted to Solar connection again and draining Batteries in a few days. Avoid at all costs as this is a common problem they don't fix and just tell you to reset and uninstall. Cancelling and change Doorbell

The major issue is not receiving real time notifications. I can have my phone on, in my hands, full signal, and still not get a notification that someone is actively at my door, ringing the bell. Sometimes, I'll get motion alerts hours after the event. Then there are times when the sensors won't detect an entire vehicle, but then alert when a cat walks by. Add to this the inability to distinguish between a rectangular flag and a human. Unreliable security. Absolutely unacceptable.

Cameras picked up people and cars less and less despite having motion at max. Had a delivery and an individual come up to our door, yet I was never notified and never found them in the event tab.
