When this app works, it really works! It has done wonders for my podcasting workflow, and my audio quality is much improved. The only reason I can't give it a 5 is the tendency to get disconnected when the connection is not perfect or the guest receives a phone call. I've noticed fewer disconnection lately, so maybe the developers have made the system more robust. Overall a great app.

I've used the desktop version mainly but have had guests use the mobile app. The quality is fantastic. I had an issue where I was unable to download a recording I made with a guest due to their poor Wi-Fi connection. I contacted customer service and had my issue addressed and resolved quickly. Keith was extremely helpful and not only provided the missing audio, but was able to resolve some mixing issues and give some tips to avoid the issues in the future! 5 star service all around

Exactly what I needed A friend and I needed to record or podcast from separate locations, and this app does the trick. I wish it allowed the use of Bluetooth headsets, and it has a few glitches to work out, but overall this free app does everything we needed it to do.

I was completely humiliated after using this service for a podcast. The call dropped 3-4 times, I don't think we ever got more than 6 minutes per call. I was sold on Ringr by podcast blogs, I wish I had read the app reviews instead. No wonder they offer a no hassle free trial.

So so. I used this app a few years ago to try to record a podcast. The call dropped on me which was very frustrating. I came back to see if the quality has improved, but based on recent reviews, I'd say not. It's great to have a double ender, but what good is it if your call drops. Use the calling feature in the Anchor app. Maybe not a double ender, but good enough and no dropped calls.

Android 4.4 - 5.0 only? Wow, that leaves a LOT of people out. Bummer. Was looking forward to this app but pointless until compatible with most versions of Android. Even if you do have the correct version on your phone, the odds your interviewee does too is slim.
