Handy app but would be good to have access to change the schedules remote via the app. Also the hardware is a little annoying that a hard reset needs to be done if you change the network, otherwise works while and is a good app.

Really like it so far. Connecting whilst I had multiple APs active with the same name was problematic, however when I shut them all down apart from one, it connected fine. No issues since starting them all up again so far either. Ideally a mesh set up would probably have made the initial connection less problematic.

Seriously not worth even a zero star. Seems brivis/rinnai is still in early 2010. The app feels so flimsy, hardware is of poor build quality but installers charge so much $$. $750 ish to get Wi-Fi module which is only good for on off or temp change, no scheduling or smart automation. If you cant do the development, open it for Google home or apple kit ffs, so users can justify paying for the system!!

Constantly fails to connect to the controller on app startup. I've spent more time trying to get the app to work the actually using it

I had high hopes for this App. A long time coming. Rinnai/Brivis was the last to market with such a feature. Sadly disappointed after an agonizing wait. Basic and obvious omissions. Current room temp is not displayed. ?!?!? Extremely basic scheduling, that appears to be dependent on the phone being on. Lacks any 3rd party integration. No Alexa or Google Assistant, NEST Very light on documentation about the apps functions. Relies on a cloud service for remote connectivity and has no security or way to remove previous users (tenants/visitors) App has some stability issues, but no showstoppers. While this app is free, it requires the integration module to work, which can cost well excess of $1000 to get installed for you A/C or Heater. Given the actual cost, the value this app provides is very limited. In its current state and the fact that the developer doesn't respond to email, it is hard to rate this more than 1 star.
