Ripline: Six Pack Abs Program

Abs are built by training and revealed by losing fat. Most ab apps only cover the first half. Ripline runs both.

BUILD: A CORE PROGRAM THAT MOVES UP WITH YOU
• 12 weeks in three phases: Foundation, Build and Strength
• Five ladders, one for each way your core works: bracing, curling, leg raises, rotation and side bends
• Every move has a target. Rate each session and the next one adjusts. Reach a move's cap and you graduate to a harder one
• Guided 8, 12 or 16 minute sessions. Hold timers, both sides and rest are handled for you
• 45 core moves graded 1 to 5, filtered to the equipment you have
• Swap any move for another of the same kind

REVEAL: AN HONEST ESTIMATE
• Log your weight and waist once a week
• Ripline estimates your body fat with the US Navy circumference formula and shows how far you are from the range where abs usually show
• Once you have a few weigh-ins, the window uses your own trend, and it always shows how it was worked out
• No 30-day promise. It is an estimate, not medical advice
