Just got the Bliss adjustable base from Sven & Son, which I saw uses Rich mat components. Once installed, I scanned the QR code on the back of the remote, and it set itself up. My phone works the same as the remote, which is great since I can use it as backup if I ever lose the remote. Everything worked great. Features I would like to see: 1> The ability for Google/Alexa/Apple/sleep apps to be able to link to RM control app to control the device. Anti snore is useless without link to sleep apps.

So the app works great. Ever since the update this app has been working great. I guess it was if having issues for a while but for me, it works wonderful with my Samsung. My only wish was that there was a widget I could add to my home screen. . Okay not my only wish, I also want an alarm clock version update. That way the bed will start vibrating when the alarm is set in the app. Let's update this! It will make your bed worth another hundred dollars retail!

The latest update wiped out nearly all the functionality on the app. I emailed the developer, they resolved all the issues and my app is now back to where it was prior to the update. Very helpful and issues were resolved within 12 hours of contacting them.

Latest software updare took away the memory functions (M1, M2, M3), presets, and vibration massage buttons that are on the physical remote!! Now all I have are basic controls for the head and foot motors. Please put the previous buttons back in the app!!

Can't Connect AT ALL Installed app because my remote is hosed. Tried to connect to my bed and it isn't discoverable. New remote is like US$130!!
