The update thing keeps coming up. All I want to do is check my account. It would be nice to have instruction to how the update works. It just takes me to app store. And that's it. No place that says update button. Or link. The submit button is not working

This company switched software companies recently. The previous company they were with are holding our HSAs hostage. This new app is easier to use than the previous, and while there have been a few hiccups, I did have to create a new login

Usable info is sparse. No detail on why expenses are declined. I had to call to get answers, because there's no way to contact anyone. It said that I was ineligible for reimbursement because today (literally, 2/28/25) wasn't covered! On the phone with the CSR yesterday, he told me to use my browser and their website, because the app isn't very good.

Upon opening the app, all I get is the green screen with their logo on it. I can't do anything with it.

Can't log in to app (or online). Keeps telling me my user/password is incorrect and when trying to reset password, nothing happens. Sometimes app doesn't even open. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.

I can't log in with the app. It keeps telling me my username or password is incorrect. I can log in through a web browser, so I know my username and password are correct. How on earth this made it through the QA process with such basic functionality being broken is beyond me.
