★★☆☆☆ For my junior level sales class and would not use it again. Thus, may have been helpful back I'm 2003 but with all the new AI tech we see, this just doesn't cut it. The program is very script based. If you don't say the right string of words the program wouldn't respond correctly, thus wasting time in the simulation and reducing your communication score. This is ironic because we are told not to use a script because it was easy to tell. However, there was no way to get a better score

★★☆☆☆ I was assigned with using this app for a Junior level college course and this is the worst 3rd party service I've been stuck in my entire academic career. The app constantly fails to properly load your saved material, prevents you from moving forward in the program despite completing all prerequisite materials and customer support is a Google form page that doesn't even say if they will get back to you. This is easily my most frustrating college experience and my first and only review on an app.
