JOE'S Roadside Assistance I love the app. But lately it does not show my driver's whereabouts via GPS and wont show active jobs on mobile devices therefore we cant accept or close/complete jobs.

Needs improvement I love the idea, and this is better than their other options, but this needs a huge update. It logs me out randomly, will automatically turn down calls or won't show them until I have like 10 seconds left to respond. There are a lot more bugs as well, like it won't let me update a call on mobile, but if I do it on the computer then the calls get stuck on my mobile and won't let me erase them. I usually have to un- and then reinstall this once a day.... I'll say the mobile needs the most work done on it.

Have the current version. It is filled with bugs. Will keep playing annoying sound once you open the call. Only gives you a minute to accept a call, which is not enough when you need to find an available driver. Can't take screenshots or work it in split screen mode. Lacks pertinent call details. App developers didn't test this very well and evidently don't listen to end users. Also displays banner notification 24/7 which is aggravating. Learn a thing or two from the Agero app. I changed my vote from 2* to 1* even though this app is next to worthless. Seriously Allstate, do a better job.

well this app is useful it does have a lot of flies. for instance if you tap on someone's phone number to make a phone call it will start the phone call but then take you right out of the phone call screen so if you're driving down the road you have to fumble with your phone to get back to the phone call to hang up or just the volume or to switch the speaker. a similar problem also happens when you look at maps and try to go to another app sometimes this will forcefully appear.
