TARS – Your Business Management Assistant, Powered by AI

TARS is an artificial intelligence solution built to assist managers and team leaders in streamlining day-to-day business operations. Designed to work seamlessly on Android, the app brings the full power of the TARS platform to your fingertips, helping with:

- Employee performance analysis
- Interpretation of transcribed feedback
- Team and task planning
- Operational tracking and scheduling
- Secure storage and access to internal documents

TARS organizes information into three intelligent knowledge bases:

- Company Documents – Manuals, policies, procedures, safety guides, and regulatory records
- Operational Plans – Work schedules, task lists, team assignments, and timelines
- Transcribed Feedback – Voice feedback converted into text for insights and analysis

⚠️ Note: TARS does not access external data and does not make decisions — it provides analytical support to empower human decision-making.
