Easy and functional. Been with Rouge for as much as 30 years. When they say Loyalty it goes both ways, the Rouge Credit Union has been just as loyal to me, or more so than I have been loyal to them. Great staff, great programs.

First I get locked into AI asking a simple question. Then more changes on bill pay, and I can't figure out how to change an account I've been using for years. Now I'm going to delete it entirely and retype a new one if I can figure out how. I use a Jitterbug phone for Simplicity and there's no such thing with Rogue. They are constantly changing the format, so I need a new Credit Union. Janet Flame

STILL, EVERY FREAKING SINGLE TIME I TRANSFER MONEY ON THE APP, IT ASKS ME TO RATE THE APP IN THE PLAY STORE. WHY DOES IT ASK ME THIS EVERY FREAKING TIME? I'VE ALREADY GIVEN A RATING FOR THIS APP OVER TWO YEARS AGO ABOUT THIS AND IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN CARE OF. STOP ASKING FOR US TO RATE YOUR APP IF WE'VE ALREADY DONE SO. ZERO-STAR RATING WHEN APPS ASK ME REPEATEDLY TO RATE AN APP I'VE ALREADY RATED.

20 minutes on hold for a phone call. Deposits set up for savings now go to checking. Next house payment would not have been made!! This Rogue Bank merger was not beneficial to the Members 1st members. Very disappointed!!
