I tried to download and start a subscription, but does not work with my device. I signed up for the subscription and cannot cancel. How do I cancel the subscription before I get charged? I don't want to pay for something that I cannot use

Roland Cloud has been a disappointing experience. My Dec 1st Pro upgrade hasn't been applied - my account still shows Core. Support hasn't resolved this, and I haven't received a refund. Furthermore, I cannot install any expansions on my registered Gaia II synthesizer, despite having an active subscription. The app keeps asking me to subscribe to install expansions, which is incredibly frustrating. These issues severely impact my workflow and enjoyment of Roland Cloud.
