It's sad they allow hospital to block you before you can even pick a shift up, because im desperate for hours especially since my job had to cut back. I was trying to pick up multiple shifts at a few hospitals, they block me. Any hospital that offers overnight or late swing are over 50 miles from me which I can't drive that far. Roo said they live by a code but disappointed they don't and allow discrimination or any bullying of the hospital by denying the right to experience the hospital first.

Frequently crashes and even fails to load entirely sometimes. When it works, it's pretty decent, but it also hasn't listened to my preference settings regarding notifications. No matter what I change it to, I get a Roo notification and an email every single time, which is just overkill imo.

Very slow and glitchy, freezes constantly, and navigation is not functioning. App crashes every time I use it, lots of features don't work, such as favoriting a clinic or the search tools. I am usually forced to use the website.

The lead tech coordinator is a racist and doesn't care about you at all. He knit picks every little thing. You can have the qualities of the higher tech tier, and he will not let you tech up talking and makes you wait the following year to talk about it. I did my video interview and I didn't even get to talk to my scheduled coordinator that day because he emailed me immediately saying they couldn't take me. And I been surgeries for the past 2 years. I was at a GP before I went to ER.
