Just fine, but the locatio part needs help. You need more options as to closer location where you're looking to find place.

My experience with this app was great actually. Easy to operate. I was unsuccessful with finding a roommate but that had more to do with my location and budget. ROOM8 gives the impression that if I lived on the moon as it is now with a $10 rent budget, the app would still try and find a match for me lbs.

So far, so great!

If it's safe I need a apartment for disability benefits to get help from the program
★★☆☆☆
Crashing problems when you open the app. Constantly advertising rental insurance and furniture for rent. Matching with potential roommates and the chat needs major improvements.
★★☆☆☆
Literally just a scam app now not helpful at all. Went through 4 people an they all tried to scam through cashapp etc. Put a deposit on a supposed honest one an got far only to find in downtown LA they never lived there at all. Got my money back but for the love of god stay away from this toxic platform unless you want to be robbed. La is great but the people aren't an wake up thinking lifes so hard so they resort to this. Pathetic really but stay off this app even the functions suck
★★☆☆☆
No real people. Why am i shown apartments in milwaukee when i live in detroit? And all i get is ads for renters insurance. This app is garbage.
