Dear Team Roomy, I'm a frequent traveler with family, and since the last year in July, it was my 1st time to experience "Roomy Mountain Top" at Batakundi, an amazing place, well-trained staff and so loving helping and caring staff, an amazing view. Right now, just checked out. Stayed 3 nights in Hunza Faridabad, "Roomy Daastan" Stayed 1 night in Batakundi, "Roomy Mountain Top" For Roomy Daastan, I would like to say" soo much comfortable environment, so friendly and helping staff. More to say,

Since roomy took over Atlas Hotel in F7 Islamabad the staff has been pathetic. From their reception to service people. Used to travel and always stay at Atlas, but I'm so disappointed to see how your staff treats guests. I was offered a discount, and I paid full amount upfront. Later I'm told I have to pay GST which I end up paying, and then they charge me for half day because I asked them to keep my luggage somewhere safe. Pathetic staff and pathetic service. I hope your management fixes this soon.

It's been the app is not working. First it crashed for a few weeks, now the homepage just buffers and the app does not start. It was very good and helpful before. Please fix it we can't make/manage our bookings anymore. Have to do everything over the phone.
