I've noticed since using rosebud it has become helpful in staying grounded and instead of doing speed journaling, this site is like as if there know ur needs, and it's un invasive and helpful to all ur needs. I def recommend this app if u can't talk to a therapist or any other type of therapy.

This is a wonderful app. The ability to journal and have someone, even AI, recap your thoughts back and even challenge some of your beliefs is amazing. For those who can't afford therapy appointments this app may help.
