★★★★★ Hello. Thank you for providing me with so much convenience. I've been with Rosy since 2012-13 to present, and I am Loving the continuous updates and thoughtful features. I would love it much more if I can have my customers pay their deposits on their own when booking via the Google online scheduling. Statements are being made that the system did not direct them to my deposit feature after book through Google. They are also not able to cancel and reschedule on their own via the Google avenue.😳

★★★★★ I have been using Rosy for over nine years. I have been through some very challenging times with them, but just too lazy to start over with a new company, the staff are always helpful when I am able to get them on the phone, and I agreed that it's very time-consuming and frustrating to impute my login information every time I need to log in, there was a time when I could log in into my account just one time, my schedule not always show my availability.

★★☆☆☆ I am frustrated I can't make notes as my client leaves the salon to keep record of his /her haircut. Or haircut changes. Would love for a receipt to print out Every time checking in a guest with the date and time of last haircut and any changes that were made. (Even if the notes stay the same it's nice for other barbers or stylist to know Incase I'm not there myself to help my teammates or cut the guests' hair myself) also it's no longer free and that's a no for me dawg.

★★☆☆☆ Clients don't complain. But it's lacking in features for the stylist and receptionist. Scheduling shifts and time-off for employees is a hassle. It has to be done individually. The app does not allow autofill and "remember me" does not work, I have to fill in all 3 credentials to log in every time--it logs you out after a long time of inactivity. Not satisfied, but it at least it still can get the job done and salon owner is not willing to switch to different software. 🙃
